Picante Beef Pockets

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb flank steaks or 1 lb round steak, sliced thin
  • 3/4 cup picante sauce or 3/4 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • pita pockets or flour tortilla

Recipe

  • 1 cook beef until done
  • 2 mix with picante sauce and sour cream.
  • 3 stuff bread and enjoy!
  • 4 note: i've also used steak-ums for the meat. and the sopaipilla portion of beef stuffed sopaipillas for the pocket bread yum.
