- 1 lb flank steaks or 1 lb round steak, sliced thin
- 3/4 cup picante sauce or 3/4 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- pita pockets or flour tortilla
Recipe
- 1 cook beef until done
- 2 mix with picante sauce and sour cream.
- 3 stuff bread and enjoy!
- 4 note: i've also used steak-ums for the meat. and the sopaipilla portion of beef stuffed sopaipillas for the pocket bread yum.
