Midwest Lamb Tenderloin Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb boneless lamb loin
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • vegetable oil
  • water
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 4 large sandwich buns, lightly toasted
  • mustard
  • mayonnaise
  • dill pickle slices
  • ketchup
  • sliced onion
  • lettuce

Recipe

  • 1 to make the lamb: cut 4 (1-inch slices) of lamb; trim any exterior fat from edges.
  • 2 put each slice of lamb between pieces of plastic wrap.
