Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 1/2 cups crispy rice cereal
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients except ice cream.
- 2 put one half of the cereal mixture in the bottom of a 9' x 9' pan.
- 3 spread soft ice cream over cereal mixture in pan.
- 4 top with remaining cereal mixture.
- 5 freeze.
