Ice Cream Sandwich Dessert

Ingredients

- 19 ice cream sandwiches
- 1 (12 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (11 3/4 ounce) jar chocolate fudge topping
- 1 cup salted peanuts
Recipe
- 1 cut one ice cream sandwich in half.
- 2 place one whole and one half sandwich along a short side of an ungreased 13x9x2 inch pan.
- 3 arrange eight sandwiches in opposite direction in the pan.
- 4 spread with half of the whipped topping.
- 5 spoon fudge topping by teaspoonfuls onto whipped topping.
- 6 sprinkle with 1/2 cup peanuts.
- 7 repeat layers with remaining ice cream sandwiches, whipped topping and peanuts.
- 8 pan will be full.
- 9 cover and freeze.
- 10 remove from freezer 20 minutes before serving.
- 11 cut into squares.
- 12 can be frozen up to 2 months.
