Ingredients

- 1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 lb monterey jack cheese, grated
- 1 (4 ounce) jar pimientos, drain juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 pepper
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic (mashed garlic in a jar)
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients until well blended.
- 2 serve on crackers or use for sandwiches.
