Hot Chicken Salad With Pineapple

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 3/4 cup pineapple tidbits
  • 1 cup almonds, sliced
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag croutons, slightly crushed
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400°f.
  • 2 fry or bake chicken breasts, then cut into bite-sized chunks.
  • 3 mix chicken, celery, onion, pineapple, almonds, croutons and mayonnaise. spray 9 x 13 baking dish; add mixture.
  • 4 sprinkle shredded cheese over top and bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
