Crock Pot Beef Sandwiches

Total Time: 10 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 3 1/2 lbs beef chuck roast, trim off fat and cut into large cubes
  • 1 pint kosher midget dill pickle, chopped
  • 1 (12 ounce) bottle chili sauce

Recipe

  • 1 put the beef cubes, pickles and chili sauce in crock pot.
  • 2 cover and cook on low 7-10 hours, until meat is tender.
  • 3 remove meat and shred, mash up the pickles and put all back in the sauce.
  • 4 simmer for awhile and serve on toasted kaiser rolls.
