Ingredients

- 1 (7 ounce) package oscar mayer deli fresh slow roasted roast beef, shaved
- 1 (8 ounce) package kraft deli fresh swiss cheese slices (optional)
- 1 (8 ounce) bottle johnny's french dip concentrate au jus sauce
- 4 hot dog buns
- 1 cup water
Recipe
- 1 divide lunch meat into 4 equal piles the length of the buns.
- 2 put piles into hot, dry non-stick skillet.
- 3 cut 4 cheese slices in half lengthwise.
- 4 heat till hot on medium heat.
- 5 mean while, measure 1/2 cup johnny's au jus into saucepan.
- 6 add 1 cup water to that.
- 7 heat till hot. (add more water if weaker flavor is desired).
- 8 while the meat and sauce are heating,.
- 9 lightly butter insides of buns and lay buttered side down in hot skillet and heat till toasted and hot.
- 10 when everything is hot,.
- 11 put 2 cheese slices on each meat bundle and heat till cheese is slightly melted.
- 12 pour sauce into heat proof dishes.
- 13 put one meat bundle on each bun bottom.
- 14 add chives now if using.
- 15 add bun lid and your done!
