Smoked Gouda And Black Forest Ham On Marbled Rye

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 8 slices marbled rye bread
  • 8 ounces smoked gouda cheese (2 cups grated)
  • 8 ounces black forest ham
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened slightly

Recipe

  • 1 spread 1/2 tablespoon of mustard onto each of 4 slices of marble rye bread.
  • 2 add 2 ounces (1/2 cup) of smoked gouda, followed by 2 ounces of black forest ham.
