Cranberry Avocado Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 slices light bread, toasted
  • 1/2 avocado, mashed
  • 2 ounces deli chicken
  • 1 slice reduced-fat swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup craisins

Recipe

  • 1 toast the bread. layer cheese and chicken on one piece. stir craisins into avocado and spread on the other slice of bread. slap them together and enjoy!
