Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs ground lamb
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground lamb
- 1 egg
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 4 pita bread or 4 bread or 4 rolls
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, ground beef, ground lamb and egg . add the garlic, salt, baking soda, black pepper, cayenne pepper and paprika. mix well using your hands.
