Cevapcici (cevapi) Balkan Sausage Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground lamb
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 lb ground lamb
  • 1 egg
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 4 pita bread or 4 bread or 4 rolls

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, ground beef, ground lamb and egg . add the garlic, salt, baking soda, black pepper, cayenne pepper and paprika. mix well using your hands.
