Ingredients

- 4 hot dog buns (new england style center slit)
- 2 cups precooked lobster meat (chopped and chilled)
- 1 dash lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/8 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup celery (diced)
Recipe
- 1 in a medium bowl, mix the lobster, lemon juice mayonnaise, onion and celery.
- 2 cover and chill until ready to use.
- 3 fill the rolls (toasted or un-toasted) with the lobster mixture.
