Mom's Quick Tuna

Ingredients

- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed dried hot pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 dash hot chili powder
- salt-free garlic and herb seasoning (optional)
Recipe
- 1 spray a medium saucepan with nonstick cooking spray, and sauté the onion (use oil if you prefer).
- 2 add the tuna and cook for 1 minute.
- 3 add the salt, pepper, hot pepper, paprika and chili powder.
- 4 cook for a few more minutes.
- 5 i serve this with pita bread, but you can make regular sandwiches if you like.
