Ingredients

- 2 slices focaccia bread
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 slices maple smoked ham (thin slices)
- 2 slices gruyere cheese (thick slices)
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 3 sliced dill pickles
Recipe
- 1 butter one slice of foccacia and place butter side down in a hot skillet.
- 2 layer 2 slices of smoked ham and top with 2 slices of cheese, lower the heat.
- 3 top with pickles and cover the skillet to help melt the cheese.
- 4 spread dijon mustard on the top slice of bread and place on top of sammie.
- 5 butter the outside of the bread and flip sammie to toast up.
