- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups barbecue sauce
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup quick oats
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 combine beef, green pepper, celery and onion in skillet and cook until meat is browned. drain off excess fat.
- 2 add remaining ingredients and simmer 35 minute serve hot on buns.
