Ingredients

- 2 lbs ground lean lamb
- 1 egg
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper, to taste (and seasonings)
Recipe
- 1 combine ingredients and form into 6-8 patties. for tender juicy burgers, don't over mix.
- 2 barbecue over medium heat for 5-10 minute per side until cooked throughly. serve on hamburger bun with favorite toppings.
