Sausage Cheese English Muffins

Total Time: 16 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 min

Ingredients

  • Servings: 18
  • 2 lbs bulk sausage, good quality (i use jimmy dean)
  • 3 (5 ounce) jars kraft old english cheese
  • 18 english muffins

Recipe

  • 1 brown sausage in large skillet or saucepan and drain.
  • 2 combine sausage and cheese and stir until cheese is completely melted.
  • 3 split english muffins.
  • 4 divide mixture equally by placing even amounts onto bottoms of english muffins.
  • 5 replace tops and wrap with plastic wrap.
  • 6 store in freezer bag and freeze until needed.
  • 7 to use: microwave for 1 minute.
