Italian Meatball Sandwich

Ingredients

• 1/4 lb ground beef
• 1/4 lb bulk italian sausage
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 8 ounces tomato sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning
• 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
• 2 hot dog buns

Recipe

• 1 mix ground beef, sausage and pepper.
• 2 shape into 6 meatballs.
• 3 place in a 2 quart casserole; cover with wax paper.
• 4 microwave at high for 2-3 minutes, or until no longer pink, stirring once or twice.
• 5 drain.
• 6 stir in tomato sauce, sugar, italian seasoning, garlic powder and pepper.
• 7 cover with wax paper.
• 8 reduce to 50% power. microwave 3-5 minutes, or until flavors blend.
• 9 spoon into hot dog buns.
