Ingredients

- 4 (8 inch) flour tortillas
- mayonnaise (to taste)
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 medium tomato, cut into 8 wedges
- 1/2 lb cooked chicken, cut in strips or 1/2 lb sliced turkey
- 8 slices bacon, crisp-cooked
Recipe
- 1 squeeze mayonnaise generously onto tortillas, then layer lettuce, tomato, chicken, and bacon down center or each tortilla.
- 2 to serve, roll and fold the filled tortilla.
