Garden Bagel Sandwiches

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 bagel, cut and toasted
  • 1 tablespoon hummus
  • 2 slices deli turkey
  • 4 slices cucumbers
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon alfalfa sprout

Recipe

  • 1 spread the hummus on one half of the bagel.
  • 2 top with the turkey and cucumber.
  • 3 you can either slice the avocado into slices and top the cucumber with it or you can moosh it up a little and spread it on the other half of the bagel.
  • 4 add the sprouts (the tbsp is a guess, i just plopped a little on top).
  • 5 top with the other half of the bagel.
  • 6 enjoy!
