Portabella Burgers

Ingredients

- 4 portabella mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried italian seasoning, crushed
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 ciabatta rolls, split
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 4 -8 pieces bottled roasted red peppers
- 3/4 cup fresh basil leaf
Recipe
- 1 scrape gills from mushrooms, if desired.
- 2 drizzle mushrooms with oil.
