Portabella Burgers

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 portabella mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried italian seasoning, crushed
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 ciabatta rolls, split
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 -8 pieces bottled roasted red peppers
  • 3/4 cup fresh basil leaf

Recipe

  • 1 scrape gills from mushrooms, if desired.
  • 2 drizzle mushrooms with oil.
  • 3 sprinkle with salt, pepper and crushed italian seasoning.
