Patty Melt

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/16 onion
  • 2 hamburger buns
  • 40 g ground beef
  • margarine
  • 1 slice swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup lettuce
  • condiments

Recipe

  • 1 wash and thinly slice onion.
  • 2 apply desired spread on hamburger buns and broil for 5 minutes.
  • 3 form a big patty with the ground beef and seasonings to taste.
  • 4 cook in a skillet with some margarine until browned.
  • 5 add the onions. saute for 10 minutes until transparent.
  • 6 assemble the patty with burger buns, fried onions and the cheese.
  • 7 broil for another 2 minutes with cheese until melted.
  • 8 add lettuce and condiments.
  • 9 serve hot and enjoy!
