Low-carb Cheesesteak Sandwiches

Total Time: 8 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 8 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 -4 lbs beef roast (whatever cut you like)
  • 10 dashes worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 2 -4 cloves garlic
  • 2 green peppers, chopped
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 6 slices provolone cheese or 6 slices mozzarella cheese

Recipe

  • 1 put the meat in the crockpot.
  • 2 add water until the roast is almost covered.
  • 3 add the worchestershire sauce, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and garlic.
  • 4 cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  • 5 meanwhile, stir fry or cook the veggies on the grill (the peppers and onions) until tender.
  • 6 shred the meat when it's ready.
  • 7 pile it on a plate.
  • 8 top with veggies and cheese.
  • 9 then microwave for a minute or so until the cheese is melted.
