I Love Olives Tortilla

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup green olives, chopped
  • 1/2 cup black beans
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 slice havarti cheese
  • 4 slices salami, preferably sopresseta
  • 1 low-carb tortilla

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in pan and add garlic, olives and beans.
  • 2 saute until heated then top with cheese and set aside.
  • 3 heat tortilla in pan.
  • 4 top wrap with salami and olive mixture.
