Ingredients

- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon tarragon, dried
- 1 -2 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 2 hot dog buns
- 2 lettuce leaves
Recipe
- 1 combine shrimp, mayonaise, and tarragon in a bowl.
- 2 mix in lemon juice, salt, salt and pepper to taste.
- 3 line each roll with a lettuce leaf, and fill with half the shrimp mixture.
