Ingredients

- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 banana, sliced
Recipe
- 1 let the kids do as much of this as they can.
- 2 give each child a paper plate, a piece of bread, peanut butter and 1/2 of the sliced banana.
- 3 spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter over 1 slice of bread.
- 4 put slices of banana on one half of the bread.
- 5 fold in half and eat.
- 6 repeat step3,4 and 5 for the other slice of bread.
