- 9 eggs
- 2 1/4 cups egg whites
- 1/2 large onion, diced
- 20 slices bacon, precooked
- 3/4 lb colby cheese
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
Recipe
- 1 1. combine the eggs and egg whites. fry in a pan to make scrambled eggs.
- 2 2. place egg mixture in a large bowl and refrigerate until the mixture is chilled.
- 3 3. dice precooked bacon and onion. combine with the eggs. grate colby cheese and add to the eggs. stir in mayonnaise. place in refrigerator.
- 4 4. when ready to serve, toast slices of bread. spread egg mixture on toast, place under the broiler until eggs are bubbly and brown.
