Pepper Burgers, Simply The Best

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb ground round
  • 2 green peppers
  • 6 fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 core and seed peppers, chop into 1/2 inch pieces.
  • 2 add to a pot of lightly salted boiling water for a minute or so, strain through a colander but don't rinse; cool to room temperature.
  • 3 roughly mince basil leaves, add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix with your hands. divide mixture into 6 parts and shape into burgers. you can freeze them by placing patties between waxed paper, and then into containers or freezer bags.
  • 4 muzzmoe kitchen.
