Not Your Father's Blt

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 hoagie roll
  • mayonnaise
  • sweet mustard (that mustard #46463)
  • alfalfa sprout
  • sliced ripe tomato
  • 3 slices of thick sliced bacon

Recipe

  • 1 fry bacon to the crispness you like.
  • 2 heat hoagie rolls so that the outside is crisp, but the inside is soft.
  • 3 slice tomatoes, i like 3 thin slices per sandwich.
  • 4 when bacon is done, and drained put mayo on one side of the hoagie roll and mustard on the other.
  • 5 line the roll with bacon, tomato slices and as much alfalfa sprouts as you like.
  • 6 serve with chips, and fresh fruit.
