Ingredients

- 1 submarine roll, sliced lengthwise
- genoa salami, 4 thin slices
- prosciutto, 2 slices, shaved
- ham, 2 thin slices
- robusto cheese, 1 slice
- romaine lettuce or iceberg lettuce, 2 leaves
- 3 tomatoes, slices
- 1 teaspoon chopped hot italian pepper
- oregano, to taste
- 1/4 ounce italian vinaigrette
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 arrange meats and cheese on one side of roll, tomatoes and lettuce on the other.
- 2 sprinkle peppers and dressing over the lettuce, season with salt, pepper and oregano.
- 3 press roll together and enjoy!
