Italian Robusto Grinder (sub)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 submarine roll, sliced lengthwise
  • genoa salami, 4 thin slices
  • prosciutto, 2 slices, shaved
  • ham, 2 thin slices
  • robusto cheese, 1 slice
  • romaine lettuce or iceberg lettuce, 2 leaves
  • 3 tomatoes, slices
  • 1 teaspoon chopped hot italian pepper
  • oregano, to taste
  • 1/4 ounce italian vinaigrette
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 arrange meats and cheese on one side of roll, tomatoes and lettuce on the other.
  • 2 sprinkle peppers and dressing over the lettuce, season with salt, pepper and oregano.
  • 3 press roll together and enjoy!
