Ingredients

- 1 loaf italian bread
- 1/2 cup woebers spicy mustard or 1/2 cup dijon mustard, of your choice
- 1/2 lb hard salami, sliced thin
- 1/2 lb deli thin sliced virginia ham
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 12 slices cooked bacon
- shredded lettuce
- sliced tomato (optional)
Recipe
- 1 slice italian bread length wise without slicing all the way through and lay open on a piece of aluminum foil on a large baking sheet.
- 2 spread mustard on both sides of bread.
- 3 lay salami in a single layer on both sides of the bread.
- 4 lay ham in a single layer on the salami.
- 5 place provolone cheese on top of ham.
- 6 criss-crosss the bacon and lay on top of the provolone cheese.
- 7 place in a 375 oven for approx 10 min or till cheese is melted and beginning to turn brown.
- 8 add lettuce and tomato.
- 9 slice into 2-4" pieces depending on how it is to be eaten (meal or appetizer).
