Focaccia Turkey Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (9 inch) bread, focaccia
  • 1/2 cup salad dressing, thousand island, reduced-calorie
  • 4 ounces turkey breast, cooked, sliced
  • 1/4 onion, red, thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato, small, sliced
  • 4 lettuce leaves, romaine

Recipe

  • 1 cut focaccia into four wedges. slice each wedge in half horizontally. spread cut sides of bread with dressing. layer bottom half of each foccacia wedge with turkey, onion, tomato, and lettuce. add top of each focaccia wedge.
