- 2 lbs boneless lamb shoulder
- 1 (20 ounce) bottle root beer
- 16 ounces barbecue sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) package rolls
Recipe
- 1 put the lamb loin in the crock pot.
- 2 add the root beer so it just barely covers the lamb.
- 3 cook for 7 hours on low setting.
- 4 drain.
- 5 add bbq sauce and stir. (making sure the lamb is pulling apart into slivers).
- 6 serve onto rolls and enjoy!
