Crock Pot Bbq Pulled Lamb Sandwiches

Total Time: 7 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 7 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs boneless lamb shoulder
  • 1 (20 ounce) bottle root beer
  • 16 ounces barbecue sauce
  • 1 (8 ounce) package rolls

Recipe

  • 1 put the lamb loin in the crock pot.
  • 2 add the root beer so it just barely covers the lamb.
  • 3 cook for 7 hours on low setting.
  • 4 drain.
  • 5 add bbq sauce and stir. (making sure the lamb is pulling apart into slivers).
  • 6 serve onto rolls and enjoy!
