Roast Beef With Rosemary Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 4 teaspoons rosemary, finely chopped
  • 4 teaspoons distilled vinegar
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • romaine lettuce leaf
  • 2 lbs roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 place chopped rosemary and vinegar in medium bowl.
  • 2 let stand 15 minutes.
  • 3 whisk in mayonnaise and garlic.
  • 4 season rosemary mayonnaise to taste with salt and pepper.
  • 5 (can be made 2 days ahead; cover and keep refrigerated.).
