Muenster-stuffed Raisin Bread

Ingredients

- 8 slices raisin bread (1/2-inch thick)
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/4 cup honey
- 8 ounces muenster cheese, cut into 4 slices
Recipe
- 1 brush one side of each bread slice with butter.
- 2 place on a work surface, buttered side down.
- 3 drizzle honey over 4 bread slices and top equally with muenster cheese.
- 4 cover with remaining bread slices, buttered side up, and press together gently.
- 5 place sandwiches on preheated panini grill or in a large skillet over medium heat and cook, turning once is using skillet, for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- 6 serve immediately.
