Muenster-stuffed Raisin Bread

Total Time: 19 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 4 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 slices raisin bread (1/2-inch thick)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 8 ounces muenster cheese, cut into 4 slices

Recipe

  • 1 brush one side of each bread slice with butter.
  • 2 place on a work surface, buttered side down.
  • 3 drizzle honey over 4 bread slices and top equally with muenster cheese.
  • 4 cover with remaining bread slices, buttered side up, and press together gently.
  • 5 place sandwiches on preheated panini grill or in a large skillet over medium heat and cook, turning once is using skillet, for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
