Pizza Roll-ups

Ingredients
- 2 cups robin hood nutri flour blend
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup crisco shortening
- 1 cup 2% carnation evaporated milk
- 1 cup prepared tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/4 red pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup zucchini, chopped
- 1/4 cup broccoli, chopped
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 ounces roast turkey, thinly sliced (optional)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 425°f line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2 crust: combine flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse meal.
- 3 add evaporated milk, stirring with a fork until rough dough forms. turn out on lightly floured surface and knead until smooth, about 30 seconds.,.
- 4 divide dough into 2 pieces. on a floured surface, roll each piece into a 16-inch circle. cut each circle into 4 wedges.
- 5 spread on tomato sauce, sprinkle cheese and favorite ingredients. roll up each wedge tightly from the wider edge inches place on prepared baking sheet. sprinkle with 1 tbsp grated cheese.
- 6 bake in preheated oven 15 minutes, until crust is golden brown. remove from oven and let cool about 5 minutes before serving.
- 7 note: serve some extra tomato sauce to use for dipping.
