Mediterranean Lamb Roast (crock Pot)

Total Time: 6 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 6 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lbs lamb roast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried sage
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon basil

Recipe

  • 1 mix spices, oil, broth in a small bowl.
  • 2 put roast in crock pot.
  • 3 poke it all over with a knife.
  • 4 pour the liquid mixture over the roast.
  • 5 cook on low 6-8 hours.
  • 6 shred roast in the crock pot- it will fall apart easily using just 2 forks.
  • 7 let it soak up the liquid.
  • 8 serve with pita bread, feta cheese, tomatoes.
  • 9 or serve over garlic couscous or mashed potatoes.
