Mediterranean Lamb Roast (crock Pot)

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 lbs lamb roast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 tablespoon paprika
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons dried sage
- 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil
Recipe
- 1 mix spices, oil, broth in a small bowl.
- 2 put roast in crock pot.
- 3 poke it all over with a knife.
- 4 pour the liquid mixture over the roast.
- 5 cook on low 6-8 hours.
- 6 shred roast in the crock pot- it will fall apart easily using just 2 forks.
- 7 let it soak up the liquid.
- 8 serve with pita bread, feta cheese, tomatoes.
- 9 or serve over garlic couscous or mashed potatoes.
