Ingredients
- 2 -2 1/2 lbs beef roast, cooked
- 1/4 cup celery
- 1/8 cup chopped onion
- salt
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/2 cup sweet relish
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 3/4-1 cup mayonnaise
Recipe
- 1 cook meat and cool.
- 2 grind celery, onion, eggs and then the meat.
- 3 mix all ingredients together.
- 4 serve on bread.
