Mini Sandwiches For A Crowd

Ingredients
- 32 (1 ounce) dinner rolls
- 32 slices tomatoes
- 32 lettuce leaves
- 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 8 ounces thin sliced provolone cheese
- 9 ounces smoked turkey breast (sliced)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 ounces thin sliced swiss cheese
- 9 ounces smoked ham (sliced)
Recipe
- 1 cut rolls crosswise in half.
- 2 mix condiments together (mustard and mayonnaise for turkey, mayonnaise and garlic powder) and spread cut sides of rolls.
- 3 cut cheese slices to size.
- 4 fill rolls evenly with meat, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.
- 5 secure each sandwich with long wooden toothpick.
- 6 stack on large platter. cover and refrigerate until served.
