Mini Ice Cream Sandwiches Done Healthy (:

Total Time: 1 hr 2 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 2 chocolate wafers (or vanilla)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fat-free cool whip

Recipe

  • 1 let cool whip thaw.
  • 2 take the two waffers and place on napkin.
  • 3 scoop out cool whip on to waffer.
  • 4 squish together and place in ziplock bag.
  • 5 freeze about 1-2 hours.
