- 1 sweet onion, halved and sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lb frozen cooked meatballs, thawed
- 1 cup peeled cored fresh pineapple, cored
- 1 cup desired chutney
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 4 hoagie rolls
Recipe
- 1 cook onion in oil for approximately 8 min, stir in meatballs, pineapple, chutney and red pepper.
- 2 cook all until heated.
- 3 serve in hoagie buns.
