Meatball Pineapple Hoagies

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 sweet onion, halved and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lb frozen cooked meatballs, thawed
  • 1 cup peeled cored fresh pineapple, cored
  • 1 cup desired chutney
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 4 hoagie rolls

Recipe

  • 1 cook onion in oil for approximately 8 min, stir in meatballs, pineapple, chutney and red pepper.
  • 2 cook all until heated.
  • 3 serve in hoagie buns.
