Ingredients

- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 2 (12 ounce) packages frozen cooked swedish-style meatballs
- 2 (12 ounce) jars beef gravy
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 8 hoagie rolls (about 7-inches long)
Recipe
- 1 place onions in 3 1/2-to-4-quart slow cooker.
- 2 add frozen meatballs and gravy.
- 3 cover and cook on low heat setting 8 to 10 hours.
- 4 stir nutmeg into meatball mixture.
- 5 cut hoagie buns horizontally almost in half.
- 6 place 6 meatballs in each bun.
- 7 top with gravy.
- 8 8 sandwiches.
