Low Fat Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients

- 1 roll, whole wheat if possible
- low-fat margarine
- 1 slice low-fat ham, lunchmeat
- 1 slice fat-free american cheese
- 1/4 cup egg substitute
Recipe
- 1 butter the roll lightly.
- 2 brown the inside of the roll over medium heat in a non-stick pan.
- 3 remove and set aside.
- 4 heat the ham until warm and place on the bottom of the bun.
- 5 add the egg substitute in pan.
- 6 roll the pan until the egg is evenly spread.
- 7 cook the egg until no longer runny.
- 8 fold the egg until it is bun size.
- 9 place on the ham.
- 10 add the cheese and cover with the top of the bun.
- 11 the cheese will melt, then enjoy!
