Ingredients
- 1 lb ham, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients and bake in a casserole dish at 300 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered. stir several times during cooking.
- 2 serve on buns.
- 3 this also freezes well. just combine and freeze in a quart-sized bag. thaw and bake on serving day.
