Ingredients

- 1 loaf italian bread
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup prepared mustard
- 8 ounces roast beef, sliced thin
- 1 small tomato
- 2 ounces romaine lettuce
Recipe
- 1 slice bread in half lengthwise and spread one side with mayo, the other side with mustard.
- 2 sprinkle cheddar on mayo side and mozz on mustard side.
- 3 spread meat on bread.
- 4 bake at 300° until cheese is melted.
- 5 add tomato and lettuce right before serving. also good with avocado.
