Ingredients
- 1 lb smoked sausage
- 1/2 small onion
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 5 small sweet pickles
- 1/4 cup prepared mustard
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Recipe
- 1 cut sausage into small pieces.
- 2 put sausage, onion, pickle, and egg into processor and process until desired consistency.
- 3 add mustard and mayo to mixture.
- 4 chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
