Gluten Free Turkey Club Sandwich

Total Time: 7 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread (gluten free nutty bread recipe on my food blog)
  • smear dijon mustard
  • 2 slices avocados
  • 2 pieces romaine lettuce
  • 2 slices roasted turkey

Recipe

  • 1 1. toast bread.
  • 2 2. smear bread with mustard and avocado.
  • 3 3. place lettuce on bread, then turkey slices.
  • 4 4. close sandwich and eat.
