Gluten-free Rolled Ham Sandwiches

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 inch) corn tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon relish sandwich spread (your favourite)
  • 4 slices ham
  • 1 -2 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
  • 5 leaves curly-leaf lettuce
  • 2 spears pickled asparagus
  • 3 toothpicks

Recipe

  • 1 heat the tortilla for a few seconds in the microwave (to make more pliable).
  • 2 spread sandwich spread evenly over the tortilla.
  • 3 lay ham slices overtop.
  • 4 spread with mustard.
  • 5 lay lettuce leaves overtop.
  • 6 starting at one end, place pickled aparagus spears on the tortilla and roll up, pinwheel-style.
  • 7 secure with toothpicks and cut into thirds.
  • 8 enjoy!
