ginger liqueur

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 ounces fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 1/2 cups
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 20 mins Ready Time: 40 mins

  • blend ginger and water together in a blender until smooth.
  • strain orange juice through a fine-mesh strainer into a bowl. stir ginger-water mixture, , sugar, and vanilla into the orange juice until the sugar dissolves completely.
  • refrigerate until cold, at least 20 minutes.
