Eskimo Cubes For Summer

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 2 1/2 cups cubed seeded watermelon
  • 2 1/2 cups cubed cantaloupe
  • 2 1/2 cups cubed honeydew
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 20 mins Ready Time: 4 hrs 20 mins

  • blend the watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, raspberries, strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a blender until smooth.
  • pour the blended fruit juice into molds and cover with aluminum foil; poke a stick into the center. store in freezer until frozen through, about 4 hours.
